2- When you have found your favorites, click the Add to Cart Button.


3- Once you have added all that you love to get, click on the Cart Icon in the top right corner.


4- Click on Checkout to continue


5- Fill out the details for the shipping address then press continue


6- Pick your preferred payment method and fill out required details


7- Click Complete your order! Great, Your order has been placed!


8- Kick back and relax while we prepare your order :)

Rayzlee checks each product it ships, so when you receive your order you know you are getting items of great value.

Guest Checkout shopping is available for customers who don't wish to register an account.
However, registering with us will help you be informed of latest offers & promotions, easy return, tracking and will speed up the ordering process.

You can add and remove products freely from your Cart before completing your order by clicking the (X) sign.

Items will remain in your basket as long as they are in stock. If an item is out of stock it will automatically be removed, you can add it back once the item is back in stock or replace it with another item of your choice.

Once you have applied a valid coupon code, the discounted amount will reflect in the total breakdown in your Cart.

If an error occurred while you were making your order and you've been charged, please email your full details along with an invoice/receipt or relative details about the transaction to care@rayzlee.com.

You can view and track your orders like the following:

 

1. If you have a Rayzlee account please Sign In and follow the below steps:

- Click 'My Account' at the top of the home page

- From the 'My Account' page, click 'My Orders'

- Your previously placed orders will be listed, along with their current status

- To view the order in detail, click on 'View Order'

- To track your order, click the tracking number under 'Track Your Order'.

 

 

2. You can also track the status of your order by clicking the tracking number sent to you by Rayzlee in the dispatch confirmation email.

We will work on fixing any defect from our end right away.
If it happened that you received a damaged or a defective item, please email us to care@rayzlee.com, with your Order ID, Defected Product ID, and photos within 2 days from delivery of the items. Once a refund is requested, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If 2 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We will get back to you as soon as possible. Our Customer Care team will do the best possible to meet our customers satisfaction.

The safety of your orders matters to us the most.
Hence, we recommend before accepting the package from the delivery company, you should check if it has been opened, torn, crushed, or soaked. If it has, request a loss adjustment report from the freight company and kindly inform the company officials on the issue.
If your package is not damaged but you are missing an item, contact our Customer Care Center by e-mail us at care@rayzlee.com with your order details and missing product's item code. We will update you and resolve the issue as fast as possible.

Unfortunately, we do not offer services for gift packages.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-5 days.

Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal.
We do not accept payment via bank transfer.

Cash on Delivery payment method is unavailable, but we are working on it to be applied in the near future.

We pride ourselves in providing a highly secure and safe shopping for our customers. All your Credit card details are encrypted from your bank and the safe payment gateway; hence no information is shared or saved by us.

Unfortunately, we don’t process payments by Credit Cards bonus points for now.
