At Rayzlee, we can always guarantee original, authentic, and high-quality products. If you feel that we haven’t quite met any of our promises, we’ll be glad to refund or exchange your order. So please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We kindly remind you that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased from Rayzlee.com a Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
Rayzlee will only accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Rayzlee will not accept a return, replace or exchange products in respect of:
- All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, Lingeries, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.
- Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers; or
- Personalized items which you requested to be sold especially for you.
- Items on sale or promotion
- Items that are not in original condition and packaging.
- I changed my mind.
- Log into your Account > Go to Orders > choose your related Order > in the order details page Click on "Refund".
- Choose item(s) you want to return and return reason; Upload the related pictures, then submit them; in case you were not able to upload the pictures on your account, please send them to email@example.com.
- Once your return claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your claim.
- We will audit your application within 72 hours; The detailed return information will be sent by Email for "Audited Return Application";
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returned item(s) must keep in original packing in the parcel, please seal the parcel securely.
- As mentioned above, you will be responsible for shipment process and shipping costs. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rayzlee.com , followed by our same warehouse address as where you received your package from.
- If you are returning a product to us you have to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- In order to guarantee a smooth Refund process, please upload the return Tracking No. and shipping company within 4 days in the application or if not possible then send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- The refund will be processed to your original payment account according to return policy once we receiving the parcel. You will receive your refund within 14 working days from the start of the return process at the warehouse and you will receive an e-mail notification.
Additional Terms part of the Return Policy:
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow Rayzlee 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- Rayzlee will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
- LATE / MISSING REFUND (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
